Day 1 of the summit starts with you – how you and your closest relationships prepare and endure a PCS. Our body practice is a reiki session & featured community is our sponsor ACP.
Access to sessions will be given at 8 AM eastern for each day’s presentations & will be live for 24 hours. The time listed for the presentation will be when the presenter is live to chat, answer questions & interact with summit participants.

Day 2 looks at how you show up for yourself during and after a PCS. We have two body practices with EFT for anxiety and a live HIIT workout session in the Facebook Group. Our featured community is Team RWB where you can be you with team support.
