Erica is a professional educator, Ayurvedic Health Counselor & Wellness Coach, and mama of three.  Now a retired Army wife, she takes what she learned in her 10+ years as a milspouse and dedicates her time to helping  other military mamas return to feeling into their bodies.  

She created this summit to help you find new ways of connecting to and building a community, whether you’re on base, off based, feeling disconnected from your duty station or not even connected to a unit. Finding how you fit is an important part of your self-care. Along with movement and body practices, this summit is sure to help you connect to yourself & others post-PCS.

Courtney Boyer is a clinically trained mental health and sex therapist turned Relationship Expert. She is a big believer in the mind-body connection and is also a Certified Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. Courtney helps motivated individuals and couples infuse passion and purpose back into their lives. She is a military spouse, mom of 3, and woo-enthusiast.

Jayla Rae Ardelean
How Your Enneagram Type PCS’s & Opportunities for Growth

Jayla Rae Ardelean is a Milspouse Mentor, Late Career Milspouse, writer, speaker, and host of The Heart of a Milspouse Podcast. Her work focuses on supporting the milspouse with former dreams to re-spark their inner purpose, using empowered action and personal growth tools, including but not limited to the Enneagram.

Jessica Wright
Stepping confidently and meaningfully into a new place

Jessica lives in the Seattle area with her Navy spouse and dachshund, Hershey. She enjoys cooking, baking, crafting, and drinking coffee. Jessica is obsessed with degrees and programs that have the word “transformation” in them because she believes in seeking continual growth and learning how to embrace change. She’s on a mission to help people believe that they can make a big difference in the world once they learn how to reframe their challenges and show up in their life in a way that makes them excited. She truly believes she’s the funniest person she knows and always wants to be around other changemakers, but can often be found narrating the thoughts inside every dog’s head that she sees.

Lauren Nicole Fonvielle

Lauren is an Integrative Energy Practitioner, specializing in EFT/ Tapping for stress, anxiety, and chronic pain. She guides her clients on a journey of self healing to break through obstacles – physical, mental, or emotional – that are keeping them stuck and holding them back in life or business. She believes we all have the answers within, and sometimes we just need a little help accessing them.

Manda Lynn McVey
Finding Your Tribe Before You Arrive (or after)

Manda Lynn coaches military spouses and significant others to build resilience and wellness with a focus on readiness, nutrition, and mindfulness as well as “gaining by giving” to help Military spouses feel more included in their communities, on and off installations, to build solid foundations in order to reclaim their health and resilience.

She has dedicated over 3,500 volunteer hours to leading military spouses to reconnect with their intuition in order to achieve overall wellness and resilience through a variety of modalities. 

She is an extremely resourceful person and gets joy from sharing that with fellow military spouses. Bringing resilience, wellness, and resources to the military and first responder community is what she does naturally. Turning it into her full time job has been a dream come true

Wendi Iacobello
Creating Roots through Community Action

Wendi has been an Army Spouse since 2015 and became a first time mom in the fall of 2019. She became a published author in 2020 and has been published in multiple military affiliated websites and magazines. Wendi is the 2022 Fort Sill Armed Forces Insurance Military Spouse of the Year. She works full time in her dream job as an Instructional Designer in higher education. 

In her free time, Wendi is an avid volunteer with several organizations, blogs about military life on her blog Strength 4 Spouses, and advocates for positive change in the military as well as her local community.

Sarah Larsen Shiozawa
Managing Multiple Life Changes During a PCS

Sarah Shiozawa is a Leadership Coach primarily working in corporate, military and government. Her expertise is working with mid level managers to build a diverse, inclusive, and empowering organization where everyone leads.

She enjoys marathon training, tennis and international travel. Sarah loves to connect with other military families, entrepreneurs and twin moms.

Krystalore Crews

Krystalore Crews is a 20-year US Air Force Veteran, military spouse, former NFL Cheerleader, 25-time Marathoner, Fitness Coach, and Leadership Consultant. Her igniting energy paired with her story of resilience packs a punch! She empowers others to #CrewsBeyondLimits by sharing her experience from the military, cancer, and wheelchair bound struggles to her days as a competitive professional athlete, dancer, and entrepreneur. She’s a motivational Speaker, Author, Coach, Consultant, and Retreat Leader, on a mission to empower every person on the planet to put themselves first for just 34 minutes per day! 

Leslie Coffey
Community Spotlight: American Corporate Partners – Mentorship Matters

Leslie holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce and has been awarded for her volunteerism with the Meritorious Public Service Medal, Commander’s Award for Public Service, The Trooper’s Lady, Yellow Rose of Texas, Order of St. Joan D’Arc, Artillery Order of Molly Pitcher, and Civilian Volunteer of the Year. Her husband has been serving for 28 years in the US Army. Together they have four highly active children ranging from 13 to 24 years old and one granddaughter.

Dawn Marie Bornheimer

Dawn Marie Bornheimer is an industry leader with a unique combination of interpersonal, business, and strategic skills. Her 20 years of professional experience have taken her from classroom teacher to world-class sales and marketing executive. A contributing author and frequent speaker on the topic of leadership, Dawn strives to help support young girls and women to find their voice amongst the noise. She coaches her clients and mentees to live intentionally as they step into the next best version of themselves. Dawn believes that through mentoring and being mentored, we all play an essential role in our individual and collective success.

Janna Holcomb

Janna is a senior enlisted leader in the Air National Guard and has served for over twenty years as a committed mentor, advisor, and inspiration to the leaders of tomorrow. As a civilian, Janna has a wide range of experience as a successful entrepreneur, administrator, and federal employee. She holds master’s degrees in Human Relations and International Relations, and is a passionate lifelong learner. Janna speaks four languages and uses her love of travel to immerse herself in other places and cultures. She spends much of her free time having dance parties with her daughters and husband, and aspires someday soon to have a small family farm where her family can be surrounded by flowers and animals.

Dr. Lindsay Cavanagh
Maintain a Rock Solid Relationship During a PCS

Dr. Lindsay Cavanagh is a psychologist, Military Marriage Coach, and military spouse who is passionate about helping military spouses have the marriage they TRULY desire and feel good in every day. She is a 2022 Armed Forces Insurance Military Spouse of the Year Base Winner and the host of the Married to Military podcast. She has worked with hundreds of military couples over the past 14 years and has perfected how to strengthen military marriages in a fast and simple way working with only the military spouse.

Margaret Britten
Featured Community: Team Red, White & Blue

Margaret Britten is Team RWB’s Director of Marketing and Communications. She joined the team after implementing public relations and social media strategies as Communications Director of the USO of North Carolina. She grew up in a military family, moving all over the world, and her husband is currently serving on active duty.

She is a longtime member of Team RWB and enjoys traveling, gardening, walking with her son and dog… and documenting all of the above on her Instagram.

Nahaku McFadden

Nahaku helps veterans transform from trauma so that they can have more impact, freedom and inner peace. A retired colonel, she is a national speaker, international master trainer, humanitarian for military veterans, and a 30-year military veteran. Nahaku is an expert in Social Media as a former advisor to several three and four-star generals and is the founder of Veteran CEO and the VETOGA Wellness Center Business Academy.

Michael Stickley
Yoga Nidra

Mike served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1998-2003. He began his yogic journey in 2015 while training for the Marine Corps Marathon to relieve some running injuries in his IT bands, feet and legs. Little did he know that this was the beginning of his yogic path. In 2017, he was provided an opportunity to become a yoga teacher by a non-profit called Vetoga, which specializes in providing Meditation, Yoga and Healing Arts to Active Duty Military, Reservists, and First Responders. He completed his 300 hour RYT in Post-Traumatic Growth and Ayurvedic Medicine through Vetoga in June, 2020. He plans to provide yoga to our military members and first responders and family as he continues down his yogic path.

 

Jennifer Perry
