Hey! I’m Erica, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor & Wellness Coach who just completed my 5th PCS as an Army wife. After my first three military moves, countless job changes, and the addition of three kids in five years, I knew I needed better strategies to manage all that this lifestyle throws at us as mamas.
I created this summit to help you find new ways of connecting to and building a community, whether you’re on base, off based, feeling disconnected from your duty station or not even connected to a unit. Finding how you fit is an important part of your self-care. Along with movement and body practices, this summit is sure to help you connect to yourself & others post-PCS.
The De-stress From Your PCS Summit will run for 48 hours after you register with a variety of presentations to choose from over 2 days.
I don’t know about you, but I prefer to leave my house as little as possible. With that being said, you can tune into the summit from anywhere with Internet access.
Presentations will be 15-25 minutes in length. The presentations will be available for 48-hours to encourage you to stop waiting for the right time and take action along with hundreds of other military mamas.

There are a lot of summits, trainings, and workshops out there. So what makes this one different?
First, this summit was created specifically for military mamas who have recently PCS’d. This isn’t general advice for any mama out there. Every single presentation is specialized for the unique characteristics of military life, making it a whole lot more impactful.
But more importantly, we’re here to help make your recent move easier by teaching you how to find and build community in new and creative ways – all presented to you by military spouses, active duty service members, and veterans. There is no one better to help guide on finding community than those already in our larger military community. Once you have some strategies and ideas to better find your place in your new place, you’ll have time to de-stress with movement and body practices designed especially for post-PCS needs. Our goal is to provide a framework and strategies that you customize to you, all while de-stressing from your move.

It sure is! There are a lot of offerings out there for general military members, but this one has been created specifically for military mamas and their unique moving lifestyle. We will let you decide what “recent” means 🙂 Military dads are welcome to join too knowing that the sessions have a more feminine form focus to them.
The summit takes place when it fits into your schedule. You’ll have 48 hours of free access to the presentations once you register. If you’d like longer access, you can get the presentations only speaker edition upgrade or the all access pass upgrade.
Each video will be available for 48-hours. However, you can grab the All Access Pass to get lifetime access to all of the videos, transcripts, worksheets, audio files of each presentation, movement & body practices and amazing bonuses from the speakers.
No way! The only person you’ll get emails from after you sign up is me, Erica. That’s so you can get all the updates for the summit and links to each day’s videos. After the summit is over, you’ll continue to hear from me, but you can unsubscribe at any time.
As for the speakers, the only way your email address will be shared with them is if you opt-in for their freebie or worksheet during their presentation. That way, you only hear from the people you really love and don’t have to worry about getting added to 15+ email lists that you’re not interested in.

To avoid tech glitches, save my sanity, and keep things easy for the speakers, the presentations are pre-recorded and will be released at the scheduled time. The live portion comes in with the speakers being in the chatbox for an hour after their presentation is released!
